Award Ceremony Instructions
One thing we hadn’t had time to figure out was the award ceremony, as our minds were focusing on the competition itself.
Based on the CDC’s regulations and respecting the social distancing rule, we have prepared the following timeline:

The award ceremony will be done by Division.

All virtual participants must be at their studios wearing their costumes in case they are called to dance at the end and/or to receive an award. Note: A request to dance does not mean you have gotten an award. These are the jury’s choices to share with audiences.

Live participants will enter by Divisions.
Division 1:
Arrival at 4:00 p.m. – Bring your costumes – Wait in Room 2
4:40 p.m. Award Ceremony – All awards, including scholarships
Performance of selected participants.
4:55 Go home
Division 2:
Arrival at 4:30 p.m. – Bring your costumes – Wait in room 1
4:55 p.m. Award Ceremony – All awards, including scholarships
Performance of selected participants
Go home
Division 3 & 4:
Arrival at 5 p.m. – Bring your costumes – Wait in Room 1
5:15 p.m. Award Ceremony for Division 3 & 4– all awards, including scholarships
Performance of selected participants
Go home
Only Pas de Deux remain in the studio

Arrival at 5:15 p.m.- Bring your costumes
5:30 p.m. Award Ceremony and performance
Go home
PAS DE DEUX
Bring your classical costumes also
